The reason it's in feet is because that's what's on the sign, so it directly describes the sign; tagging with on-the-ground information is preferred over external sources.

If it's verifiable and you can't find a better tag, leave it alone, even if it's a unique tag, otherwise you're just deleting good data for no reason. See osm.wiki/Any_tags_you_like

I don't think it really makes sense for a room to be outside of a building. What are you trying to describe?

Could you put in the "sources" changeset tag where you're getting the information on these? The pipelines are tagged as being underground, and aren't visible in imagery. Thanks!

Standalone roofs can be mapped with building=roof. That would be appropriate here.

The "picnic site" feature preset (tag tourism=picnic_site) is meant for areas with room for multiple groups, not just a single table. For that, a "picnic table" (tag leisure=picnic_table) on a node is enough.

What did you align to? Buildings were imported from the city and are assumed to have accurate alignment. Otherwise they'd be offset from the rest of the city. Why did you remove so much landuse? Why did you tag the area surrounding the parking garage as a parking lot?

OSM is a service that's used by a number of products, apps, and services, and as such it can't make concessions for any one particular app. If "Goodtime Bar Run Club" is a physical place that exists at that location, then the node should include tags describing what type of place it is. If it's not a physical place, then it shouldn't be included in OSM.

Welcome to OSM! The leisure=fitness_centre tag would mean that this building *is* a fitness center, not that it has one. The fitness center should be added as a separate node within the building outline. Also, office=property_management is a better tag for leasing offices than office=estate_agent. The tourism=hotel it had before was also wrong though, so thanks for finding it and fixing it!
