Sorry I have been having a bad day today, but the problem is that you are using service=* without realising that it will demote the importance of tracks that have the tag, as you did at changeset/163764884 and changeset/163847110.

We do not use them on active passenger tracks.

You actually made the tracks worse than it is in reality. I had to revert it because it broke everything.

@sheldonelectric, You have changed the junction names to a format that I am confident that the Greek community has not agreed on. At this stage, I am concerned that you are editing disruptively and causing rife in our community.

There is a reason you need to work together with the Greek editing community. You cannot insist that *every* one of your edit to the name or name format is the correct way to do it. Databases can have errors or name formats that go against consensus, and when it happens we need to adapt and correct as we can do with "IVI" bus stop in Marousi, North Athens.

Continuing to edit combatively and against the consensus of the Greek community will not change anything.

I think OASA telematics is wrong on that one, because neither the sign or ISO 843 transliterates "ΗΒΗ" to "HBH". ISO 843 transliterates to "IVI" while the sign on the ground says "IBI", which I think is a proofreading error.

Personal memory, based on what I know about transcription. I did not make them up, but tried to transcribe the name to the alphabet of other languages.

I am very ill right now, but:

1. Just because it does not appear on the sign does not mean we cannot use foreign names and transcriptions.

2. You should not assume that every error is a fake name: If it is not obvious vandalism, then assume that they tried their best, and try to improve it.

If you have concerns about the quality of translated names, you should probably discuss the issue with a community who speaks that language (e.g. France for French) and they may be able to help you.

I already corrected the translation error for you, even though the names "Alexander the Great" and "Alexandre le Grand" are common human knowledge in the respective linguistic communities. I remain available at your disposal.

Dang, I thought some of the errors in the list were in Australia rather that in the Ivory Coast … maybe my mind is genuinely malfunctioning.

I think it may make sense to delete and retrace the new road since the person who first added the way was the blocked Delta Evas ALL puppet. This can be done in a single changeset.

"highway=steps" and "bridge=yes" is a valid combination worldwide. If you could sit under them, then it's part of a bridge.

The ways at way/1343301527 and way/1343301526 appear to be in the wrong place. Please check the ways and either move or remove them where appropriate.
