Apolinario Mabini Street added per on-the-ground survey last April 2019, this was not indicated in the source tag for this changeset

It appears that payments via bank (BDO and BPI being two of the Philippines' major banks) are accepted in this shop - unsure how that works

Appreciate adding motor_vehicle=no on the gate, but be careful when splitting street ways. Ways 857013613 and 857013612 should be a single street way in this instance (see visualization at https://nrenner.github.io/achavi/?changeset=92201251)
