Speaking of MapRoulette, this can be done to update UCPB branches since they were recently acquired by Land Bank of the Philippines (will repost this in at least one OSMPH community channel (osm.wiki/Philippines/Local_Community_Channels)

Consider double checking address info of buildings, particularly residential and commercial buildings (addressed in changeset/121367353). Other than that, this changeset looks okay to me.

In this instance, the "toll booth" could have been retagged as a lift gate (if such feature exists)

It refers to the Barangay (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Barangay) where the clinic is located. The Brgy. tag can be modified to either addr:quarter or addr:neighbourhood depending on the barangay's size in urban/urbanized areas
