The objects that were mentioned were intended to be tagged as trees but I inadvertently tagged them as brand:wikidata="Q37158. which was left over from changeset/78993007. Such objects have now been retagged, see changeset/79018049 for more details

You may want to consider tagging residential buildings as building=residential or its various subtypes (house, apartment, etc; more info can be found at building=*). Also, the landuse tag describes the use of the land (landuse=*).

No need to delete way/39423000 (way/39423000/history), the nodes can be adjusted instead of creating another way
