Se o ponto de referência usada para efeito geodésico deixou de ter existência física, creio que é caso para eliminar de todo ou aplicar abandoned na posição original (querendo preservar a título de histórico).

Por curiosidade: nas Ortos de 1995 ainda aparece a antiga capela e apenas metade da nova igreja (devia estar em construção na altura...).

From the early beginnings of geodesy mapping was always all about “triangulation”.
In armchair mapping today that should mean: for any given spot always compare the accuracy of multiple aerial imagery sources – against known survey points and ground tracks - before settling with one.

More reliable all around sources of aerial imagery are "ESRI World Imagery", "Ortofotos 25 cm - Portugal Continental - 2018 (DGT)" and "Ortofotos 50cm - Portugal Continental - 2004-2006 (DGT)". Also, consider switching from iD to a more capable editor such as JOSM.

Bing aerial imagery is often misaligned! For any given spot you should always compare more than one source of aerial imagery. Also, where available, compare with and give preference to the national network of survey_points (Rede Geodésica Nacional). In Matagosa you messed the existing work.
