There appears to be 2 or more mobile home parks in Red Carpet. Anyone know the boundaries for each? (looks like one bounded by 14 Ave & 65 St, but not sure)

It appears from City aerial image that there is a chain link fence that is right beside pathway the whole way from 68 street to 60 St (slightly inside park boundary as mapped as of 2017-11-10). Can anyone comment, please?
