While there is still technically a road here, it is blocked off and unmaintained. The road to the left was made larger so this one just hasn't been removed yet.

There is no cycling infrastructure on 19th St NW north of 14th Ave NW. (No sharrows, no painted lines, nothing.) The City of Calgary maps indicate that this is a road with cycling infrastructure but none exists and cyclists should understand this reality when planning their routes. I'm new to OSM and don't yet know how to edit, which is why I'm leaving a note instead of making the change myself. Thank you to whomever does so.

From the corner of 2nd Ave and 3 st NE partway up the hill to approximately 338 2nd Ave NE there's a barrier there that blocks vehicle access on the steep slope.
