Thanks for updating W Wash to reflect the recent changes. I noticed that you tagged the split sections as `highway=tertiary_link`. I changed it back to tertiary. Link is only when the road connections to a lower classified road.

Okay, I confirmed it. It's on UW grounds, and so I guess city ordinances don't apply :-/

What data source did you use for this? I see you added on Monroe Street in Madison, and to my knowledge, the City of Madison does not allow the use of Flock cams.
