building=Multifunktionshalle ist nicht sehr hilfreich. Was ist es denn hauptsächlich? Z.B. building=industrial, oder =warehouse, ..., oder einfach nur "yes". Wenns nötig ist, dann gern description:de=Multifunktionshalle benutzen.

Ab hier ist das Radfahren gegen die Richtung der Einbahnstraße erlaubt. Ich weiß nicht, wie das in OSM einpflegen kann.
