For 1st Central - The incident reported under reference FC/901184175 occured here at 8am exactly on Monday 11 March 2024. It is an alleyway between two properties. On one side is residential and other side are commercial shops. My car, S11 CEE whilst in reversing mode to get into this alleyway made a collision with a Vauxhall Corsa WN58 LWX (black), which was engaged in forward motion to try and get into the same alleyway - whilst I was actually reversing, which means the driver was attempting to ignore me and dart behind my car and in doing so was spotted in my rear hatch, driving into that alleyway, where she ended up, as seen from these photos. She was reckless and to do this to a reversing vehicle, with the indicator signal "on" and the reverse light "on" was tempting fate. Before my reverse, the Corsa would have been in the Parchmore Road side and as I was reversing the Corsa ended inside the alleyway. Whilst my damage was cosmetic, the Corsa due to the determination of that driver moving forward knowing I was reversing meant that the Corsa once it made contact, continued to damage the driver's side of the car after the driver's door to the back of the car. The Corsa should never have attempted to dart behind a reversing vehicle knowing that an impact was very likely, as the alley way can only take one vehicle - it is very narrow.
