Is there pedestrian access to St Katharine's Pier from here?

Should these roads be marked as access=private? I'm suspecting they might have private road mentioned, but that's more to avoid through traffic or the maintenance, rather than preventing access.

OSM Inspector has picked up a routing issue as the end of Abbey Park is a car routing island.

Fountain Court (no road number) - 1930s residential building consisting of 18 flats.

There is a single-track lane that is accessed from Lawrie Park Road and runs past the southwestern edge of Fountain Court before turning sharply left into a cluster of recently built (2022 - 2023) houses adjacent to the railway line. This housing estate is called Foxmore Place.
