I noticed you have two changesets 173999892 and 174188855 (this one) that have added some exactly-the-same nodes twice (for example, fire hydrant node/13271403714 and 13279645780). Did you do this intentionally?
I have already deleted some of the duplicate nodes in my changeset/176685644. If you did it intentionally, you can revert this change.
