You've changed the road to the cable car (way/473053452/, strangely only named 's') to a driveway, which is generally only used to lead to a property: service=driveway Additionally, you marked it as `covered=yes` which is only to be used if an object is under another object, e.g. a roof or so. Marking `surface=asphalt' would have been enough to tell that this road is good for biking.
