This could/should be mapped as `amenity=townhall`, according to the OSM Wiki: osm.wiki/FR:Tag:amenity%3Dtownhall

This 'Table d'orientation' should not be mapped as `natural=peak`, as this is the 'top of a mountain'.

Oops, falscher Changeset-Kommentar: Eigentlich war "JOSM Validation fixes; Anpassungen an Katasterplan Bern und swisstopo Orthofotos" gemeint.

PPS: Das "Haus A" taucht im Katasterplan mit Hausnummern 26 und 26a, sowie 28 und 28a auf.
Kannst du das als evtl. Local bestätigen?

Grundsätzlich darf aus lizenzrechtlichen Gründen kein 'anderes' Kartenmaterial in OpenStreetMap kopiert werden.
Im Kanton Bern haben wir aber Zugriff auf den Katasterplan, den wir für OSM verwenden dürfen.
Dort tauchen die Häuser als projektiert auf, ich habe die Umrisse dementspreched minimal angepasst.

Auch wenn du dieses Gelände kennst, macht `layer=-2` bei way/37689376 irgendwie wenig Sinn.
Das bisher bestehende `layer=-1` bezeichntet das schon gut genug als Tunnel...

Ich würde das Gebäude als `building=school` erfassen und eine allfällige neue Nutzung mit building:use=* abdecken.
Wird das Gebäude jetzt als Wohnhaus genutzt?

As osm.org/search?query=🦊 shows, adding the emoji is completely pointless.
OpenStreetMap aims at reproducing the reality, putting arbitrary Biere, Beer and the Emoji into the `alt_name` key is not what this tag is meant for.
