you can convert the coords using proj/cs2cs and some perl scripts....
do you have any datafiles? post them somewhere, archive.org is good.

the plan is to update the seeds daily, We will extract the data from http://download.geofabrik.de/osm/ here on a daily basis and update the seeds.
this is just an experiment. But thanks for helping!
I am interested in what type of speed we can get and how many peers we can find.
The next step will be to make some form of decentral updating as well.

fixed it, just removed the offending line from the file :
