G-NAF has a street called Dempsey Place here, but is not on Base Map or Imagery.

this area needs to be updated for west gate tunnel works.
I'm not sure if these sidings have been torn up or just temporarily buried (to protect from construction vehicles).
In any case, some Landuse=construction areas need to be added.

Need to fix the bad oneway tags on both sides of the intersection and clean up the merge with the southwest side
