Should the two areas, simple polygon way/912411983 and multipolygon relation/12403358 both marking Lewis Morris County Park, be one large multipolygon as they are the same park on the two opposide sides of CR510 (way/723948630) ?

New football stadium for the Denver Broncos will be built here replacing current Empower Field at 39.743902,-105.020098 so they can host Superbowls. Permits still need to be pulled, but seems they are set on building.

The place has gone or never existed. A CoMaps user reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Some super weirdness in this area with 201 --- lots of extra buildings here I can't see in CT ECO Ortho (2023), Bing or ESRI. But, maybe new and valid? Anyone local can confirm??
