In diesem Änderungssatz ist offenbar mit dem "residential"-Gebiet (way/455516998) etwas schiefgelaufen. Das habe ich mal entknotet, jetzt sollte es wieder stimmen.

Bitte rückgängig machen und zukünftig nicht mehr verwenden, das kan nsehr schnell zum Sperren der Nutzerkennung führen.

Let alone the fact that the results of that site are quite inexact. They ignore the one or other settlement and combine other settlements which shouldn't be, from an administrative point of view.

Maybe adding another ID, such as id:citypopulation=10045112_0Y4B, would be helpful then IF it was announced beforehand in a correct way.

Generally, I think that it would be better to add a link to the corresponding Wikipedia page (or even better: wikidata object) to every administrative relation (not to the place tags, as this is sometimes ambiguous) and to have people needing the (constantly changing) population by other means.

Would you PLEASE stop vandalizing around?

It would have been better to put the change in Italy into a different changeset so thath this changeset doesn't cover a lot of regions which aren't affected by this change.

I am very sure these don't exist at this place, so I revert this changeset.

If these objects exist, but are supposed to be placed somewhere else, please re-create them at the intended place.

Kleiner Hinweis: Statt einer alphabetischen Sortierung wäre evtl. eine geografische Sortierung sinnvoller; dadurch würden die Changesets kleiner.

Nur einen Fall hersusgreifend: Bezieht sich die 19100 bei Püttlingen (node/3121123201) auf die Stadt Püttlingen (relation/1184883) oder deren Hauptort (relation/4536912)?

Well, it spans the whole world. More than 99,99% of the area covered by it is not really affected by it. List the changes in America, Europe, Asia, Africa and you will see this changeset nearly everywhere.

Partially, it is a flaw in OpenStreetmap to display it in this way, but it can be avoided by creating separate changesets.
