Surely this footpath allows one to connect to the parking aisle. Join it if so, and make the lack of that property clear if not.

This is passable by 4WD and maybe even a regular car, so it's not a footway. access private for car, same as other end for foot.

This felt like highway=service surface=dirt. It's the best dirt road I've seen in a long time in terms of surface quality. For car, it is access=customers it seems. For foot, it is either yes or permissive depending on whether there is a formal easement.
