If there is something wrong with the position of the border, fix it, but do not distroy the relations. I reverted this change set completely!

Wenn es nicht zur Uni Tü gehört, dann muss es aus der Relation raus.

Weil Campus Sand zum MP "Universität Tübingen" gehört und da schon ein amenity=university dran ist.
Eine Doppelung wird von diversen Tools angemeckert.
