I am tempted to agree with you.
Not looking into the deleted buildings in detail, my eye was caught by the area around node node/4453100227#map=19/-2.53413/33.61433 which looks to my untrained first-world eye more like an occasional river and watering hole (animals in the area) than a road at this point.
Looking at the available built-in imagery layers, I can not only see no evidence of any buildings, but a bit to the south where there are circular outlines and source is given (added yesterday), the same or equivalent sources from satellite passes show absolutely nothing.
I've no idea if this is like a Pokemon game with motivation for cheating by adding fake data.
With that, I'll go back to sleep, as I was not completely awakened to look into this.

This will need manual attention, if the DWG is not already on the case. There is a swastika (incomplete) left, but the user made several changes to the building, and my Potlatch 1 cannot seem to find the latest v29.
The other changesets I started on disappeared (hate it when 'fox doesn't click the way I want), but I trust all the unreverted changesets are in good hands now, so I can Get A Life now that winter has arrived and I'm freezing.
