You only mentioned the changeset ID that we're currently commenting on, not a specific item that was edited.

The edit that TheSwavu made is valid. As mentioned, the addr:suburb, addr:postcode and addr:state tagging is redundant in Australia as data consumers will use boundaries to determine suburbs, postcodes and states when needed.

In Australia, suburbs and postcodes are generally provided through administative boundary relations, like this one: relation/2386808

This makes tagging addr:postcode, addr:suburb, addr:state and addr:country redundant, and often is removed by mappers in Australia.

The changeset description that TheSwavu used was probably not the clearest, and was likely talking about removing redundant tagging, not that the postcode is incorrect.

If you're asking other mappers about changes, it's best to be more specific about what you're talking about. If you're addressing all the objects changed in a changeset, I'd specify that, because your comment could come across as talking about a specific item without saying which one.
