Pedestrian routing across multiple levels seems wrong. Local knowledge or survey needed.
For example, way/496374145 is connected to elevated pedestrian area Arenatorget, while at same time it also passes underneath 3Arena building.
Next to it is stairs way/266794901 which is probably meant to connect two levels, but it's one end is connected to cycleway and ped.area, while other end isn't connected to anything. There are few more stairs around 50m to west, where similar issue exists.
