Here are traffic signals for pedestrians and vehicles. Not a yellow blinker but proper traffic signals with red-yellow-green lights.

The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Is Pikk really one-way here? Teeregister and Maa-amet seem to show that Pikk is one-way until Pühavaimu, but I don't think there are any signs on the ground.
