Hi, I have some comments about this import.

You added address nodes with several keys that don't belong on addresses:

- boundary; this is for the ward (phường) is is in? Probably should be changed to 'addr:subdistrict'
- building: should be addr:housenumber
- landuse? I don't understand what this number is for, is it a reference number to something?
- natural=TDDH, could you explain this further?
- route, this should be addr:street
- shop, these are the names of the home owners? should be simply osm.wiki/Tag:'name=', although maybe it should be removed for privacy reasons.

And in the future, please add a source=ditagis tag so that it can easily be found which data was important.

That's right. There's not that much harm, it just looks a little silly. (with overpass you can also search for place=village without a name tag: http://overpass-turbo.eu/s/smK)
It's actually a problem of the renderer, a village with no name should be rendered with a dot for example.

Almost always when GNS only has a latin alphabet name, it's a 乡 or 镇 although it will be clear from the imagery that it's place=town anyways.

I think it's better to avoid placeholder names like "村". Adding a node place=village without a name is sufficient, or draw a landuse=residential to render unnamed villages.
It could even be a nuisance later, if people use search tools to find places with missing names, the placeholder names will be missed.
