Buen día Ferrocarriles de México, le explico el motivo de mi cambio y un debate sobre ello podría ayudarnos a llegar a una solución adecuada.
En formatos oficiales como lo son el siguiente archivo:

Se identifican las "Rutas" como MEX-000 o YUC o YUC-000

Es el mismo caso en los detalles de los "Puntos generadores" (de información de tránsito) de las mismas carreteras en los datos viales que proporciona el estudio federal de las carreteras

La wiki osm.wiki/ES:Mexico/Red_Nacional_de_Caminos dice que para la referencia se usen los datos que dé la SCT.

Usted menciona en mi conjunto de cambios muchos países utilizan el prefijo espacio y luego el número. (ex. MEX 000)
Hay varios que lo hacen incluso sin espacio directamente (ex. MEX000)

Así mismo hay muchos que lo hacen con guion. (ex. MEX-000)
Como es el caso de
Centroamérica (Guatemala, El Salvador y Honduras):

Sería fructífero que analizásemos estas relaciones para poder mapearlas de forma correcta, siguiendo las normas que se han establecido.

Por favor no cambie la jerarquía de caminos al azar. Lea las normas de etiquetado en la wiki: osm.wiki/ES:Mexico/Red_Nacional_de_Caminos

En el artículo anterior puede encontrar la sección Relaciones para caminos donde indica como se debe etiquetar una relación y los caminos que estén en ella.

Más abajo puede encontrar el Índice de Carreteras y sus respectivos Datos Viales por Estado donde puede ver el nombre de cada tramo carretero, su extensión y el nombre de la ruta.

Su changeset:
changeset/156893968 altera el nombre de las vías a uno incorrecto, elimina la relación carretera y modifica clasificación de carreteras incorrectamente.

Para asistir con las rutas troncales ya que la imagen que proporciona la wiki de OSM no es precisa puede usted revisar http://datosviales2020.routedev.mx/main en mapas temáticos y revisar las carreteras que conforman el eje de transporte, esta es una fuente oficial del gobierno federal así mismo está el siguiente enlace http://rnc.imt.mx/# que puede consultar para mayor precisión (visual) en cuanto a donde empiezan y terminan los tramos de carretera.

Thank you for your notices I think it would be of great help if you could change this segment, you are correct the Avenues you've mentioned are not fully developed and neither the connecting segments in District 17 (relation/17611454).

They may be other examples in District 11 (relation/17611454)

He tratado de contactar con quienes ayudasen a clarificar esto, ya que la página de la wiki de OSM para la Red Nacional de Caminos es ambigua para estos casos.

He abierto la discusión, espero que esto lo podamos resolver a la brevedad y me dispongo a corregirlo según el resultado.

It is true, I didn't want to leave them as proposed as they are roads people actually use today, but perhaps as they aren't completed they ought to stay as residential, with a comment that they're part of a planned secondary road.

Thank you, I forgot about it, the boundary, shouldn't exist there´s already a "residential area" for the "comisaría" of Cholul and its part of the city of Mérida.

is indeed reversed, I must've missed that.
As is the segment of Avenida Chac Mool's (way/679585831), It was my mistake

I do not have access to the roads
Privada Paraguay (way/167490598),Privada Uruguay (way/167490614), and Privada Argentina (way/167490605)
as they're in a gated community I do not enter, but by different satélite images it does seem they're one way, the cars parked alongside them seem to go in one direction only.

I missed the connectors in my recent update, the classification of the roads alongside are correct I'll take my time setting them up, I'd appreciate your help if you see any of them.
As well as correcting the direction of the way in my recent updates.

I must've missed the email regarding the Mérida updates. The México OSM Wiki says 3 different things and are contradictory (regarding the classification of Federal "carreteras")
In one of them it mentions that this "ways" are "principal or trunks"

It would be great to settle this out as it isn't clear

Hi thank you for your input, in some instances you are right, I will correct them as soon as possible.
The ones that end up in the middle of a town should convert to primary instad of trunk but just when inside of the town the México article you mentioned states that it is the case of federal motorways you can see some of them at the end of the article osm.wiki/ES:Mexico/Red_Nacional_de_Caminos#cite_note-2

I'm redrawing the border it was at an incorrect place and going over land places where it is not divided.
This is being donde according to the "Plan de Desarrollo Urbano del municipio de Isla Mujeres".
Which has official municipal borders for this part of the state.
