ok, mira... alguien la va a cambiar en algún minuto, porque noe s una calle residencial. Lo que hay que hacer es cambiar el software de Ruteo, porque hay retornos especiales para vehículos de emergencia incluso en autopistas, y Ahí si que no van a poder usar una calle residencial.

Hello. Is the connection between Aurora de Chile and Avenida 4 poniente real?
In the imagery, it seems that it is an informal passing at best, and certainly not paved.
I really doubt even that oneway´s streets.
But perhaps you have more information.

There are some bushes arround the river, yes, but you are just filling all the rivers you find with gross poligons of srubs for kilometers and kilometers all around them.
