Please put only Georgian names to the main name tag. English name can be added to additional tag name:en.

Also English name shouldn't contain abbreviation. Please replace "Str." with "Street"

But you've added two identical hotels, I guess it isn't what you wanted to do. I'd suggest two ways how to fix it:

1. Merge the buildings into the single object.
2. Move hotel's tags from the buildings to the separate node placed within.

Yes, really Vilnius is pretty well mapped. Nevertheless there are a lot of things to be updated or added. I thought those place with roundabouts just wasn't updated yet because of lack up-to-date orthophoto.
