When you want to add name of street to the map you should add name to existing road. It's a mistake to create a new road for that as you did.

Just a little note for future edit in Georgia. Please fill street name in address in Georgian language. You can copy it from the name field of needed street.

I have a note regarding changing road class. Since the road leads to village, it shouldn't be lowered to track regardless its surface or other characteristics.
