I've seen this. OSM tags the same way official and informal amenities. You can add an appropriate tag shows that this place wasn't established by authorities if you consider that this aspect is important.

Hello! I see you added industrial building. But I guess its shape and location are a bit wrong. Try to select another layer at the right menu in map editor to check it. The most relevant for Tbilisi is Esri, I can see the construction of building on it. Bing layer is outdated here.

Hello! I reviewed you changes. I'd advice you to use Esri World Imagery as a satellite background because it's aligned to the ground much better than Bing. You can select it in the right menu. If you switch to this imagery, you could see that it's better to move buildings and roads back to their initial position.

I know, but this big wheel is observed from any point of Tbilisi and, in my opinion, can be considered as tourism=attraction. I didn't add this tag to other big wheels

I know but I have no time to reattach every node of park poligon from roads go around ir. Somebody drew tons of such polygons in Tbilisi. So we have two realistic options: to forget about polygons history or to forget about editing ways and roads around these polygons.

I'll be glad if somebody fix polygons without loosing the history but I don't see any.

I mean all roads with tag highway=road around this area osm.org/#map=16/41.67471/42.45091

I guess all of them could be changed to highway=track
