Is this a building passage or incorrectly joined buildings?

The Citi 4 relations seem broken - the bulk of the roads have been added to the route_master rather than the normal route relations, and it doesn't appear on the Transport view (compare with Citi 3). Maybe a quick fix would be to change the route_master to a route relation, then tidy up?

This is a service road and continues SW into private land (Stamford endowed schools). The gentle curve rightwards is actually a sharp right under a barrier with 2 height restrictor. To its left, 4 small bollards
