Is the proper name for this place “Broadwater and Worthing Cemetery “?

The “friends” charity are friends of it by that name. I forgot to look for official name boards

This car park appears to be on the wrong side of the road.

On Bing aerial there's a sandy patch on the north side of the road, but what looks like fairly thick heath on the south side.

Hi,

I have modified the road class to cycle path
based on internal driver feedback and OS OpenMap Local. Since I'm not aware of the barrier type, I have added barrier=yes. If any local mapper has information regarding the barrier at this place, please tag it accordingly or please let me know, I will make the edits.

I added Parts of Holland, Parts of Kesteven and Parts of Lindsey as historic boundaries of Lincolnshire. Parts of Kesteven, however doesn't show up in search but Parts of Holland and Parts of Lindsey do, what's causing this?
