The place has gone or never existed. A user of Organic Maps application has reported that the POI was visible on the map (see snapshot date below), but was not found on the ground.

Could you check this road, there is feedback from the driver, which shows that he could not drive. Maybe there is some kind of obstacle, access ban, gate or something else?

No sound signals for the blind, but they do have spinning touch devices under each signal panel. So, this still assists blind and partially sighted. Not sure how to tag this.

At this location my mapping app, MyRouteApp, won’t track through this section of the A1123. When I apply the \? button, and select the A1123 entry, it shows an orange line on the carriageway. There is no obstruction here. Is this orange line a historic update showing a closure of this road?
If so can it be removed?
I’m sorry to appear so dense but this is my first time on OSM. I look forward to learning from everyone’s experience.
