on aerial view this part of the carpark is a fan-shaped dead end. The road along the backs of the properties (inc mosque) is accessible (by vehicle) only from the SW end.

I think that's more accurate than the map currently has: I walked from the alley with the bollards at the NE end of the carpark to the mosque, more or less unobstructed, but I do recall some obstacles around where there's a green bush on Bing aerial between the southern apex of the fan and the parking aisle. #surveyme
