According to the Acton Conservation folks, the trails from Nagog Hill Road along the pond shore and up Nagog Hill are on water company property, and should not be used. As of August 21 2020, there was no signage on the trail junction with Conservation Land yellow trail, that indicated the status. The trail looks well-used, despite the restriction, likely because nobody knows about it..
