This is a building with a difficult geometry. If you want to change its status, do it in the same tag, which had place. In this case it is "building:part"

Пожалуйста, не делайте name=DogGolingo Grooming • დოგოლინგო გრუმინგი. Оставляйте только на грузинском. Если вы боитесь, что пользователь увидит картули и испугается, то для этого мы и прописываем name:en и другие языки

Thanks for your feedback. It's strange, but I didn't receive any validator's issue (except Wikipedia ones). I usually close most of them. I made a note and close problems ASAP
