Man, no offense, but we have a list of places that were intended to be used as aerofields. But it's not an argument to change their status on "active"
This (way/1244631614) looks like working. Even some sats show planes on aerofield.
But this (way/79626211) - no. It can be used. In extreme conditions. But it's a disused aerofield. And I don't see a point to mark it as active
The same logic is for this aerofield. It's unused. There are no regular flights there. And I don't see even parts of the runway

And ICAO rejected code from this aerofield

Frankly, I don't think that it's a sign of the airport opening. It's AN-2 "Kukuruznik" which can land on any plain (optional) surface. It's enough for this model)
