School districts shouldn't be boundary=administrative because they don't have an admin_level. you could use boundary=school for them instead

Oh wow, yeah that is a mess. Thanks for the explanation, I wouldn't worry about it too much given the state it's in.

One other thing I forgot to note, the street name should be unabbreviated, so "School Road" instead of "School Rd" so that routers can match the street name to the actual street.

Thanks for contributing to OSM! The easiest way to correctly add Qdoba is to make it a Point inside the building, not to resize the building. Would you mind changing the building back to cover the entire physical building, and then adding a point for qdoba? Thanks!
