and node/5667095374 you changed the "crossing" tag to "traffic_signals;uncontrolled". Since those are conflicting tag values, could you please go back and edit them? Also, you created the crossing ways like way/1240663688 as crossing=uncontrolled, but there is a traffic light at that intersection, so i'm not sure that's right either.
