Hi, Were you planning on doing anything with ways like way/1195178525 and way/1195178412 ?
Residential house, deleting as spam
hi, I've removed these since there was already a hotel building, if you need to modify something, please modify the already existing object instead of drawing over top of it, thanks!
Hi, Can you please go back and correctly tag the houses and addresses using the wiki pages building=house and addr:=** Thanks!
Hi, I've removed all the random points you created, OSM is not meant to be your personal map, the additions you make are seen by everyone, so please make sure to map correctly, thanks!
hm, could you elaborate a bit more on that? According to highway=primary and osm.wiki/United_States/2021_Highway_Classification_Guidance#Primary, my reading of that is highway=primary is for highways that connect large towns, which doesn't seem to be the case here
Hi, looks like you accidentally incorrectly applied a lifecycle prefix here node/11124233558/history The prefix needs to go on the tag key, not the value. see osm.wiki/Lifecycle_prefix for more details. Could you please fix this? Thanks!
Hi, Did you mean to make this section of Silver Lake Road highway=primary? osm.org/#map=18/42.46715/-83.75643
Hi, on way/411621941 you have lanes:forward=2, but turn:lanes:forward has 3 lane values. Could you please fix this? Thanks!
Hi, You have lanes:forward=1, but turn:lanes:forward has two lanes. Could you please fix this? Thanks!
Hi, The "lanes" value in way/1199361368 does not match the total number of lanes in the :forward, :backward, and :both_ways values. Could you please fix this? Thanks!
yes, generally you'll connect them to roads. It's sort of weird because of the OSM rendering, but if there's a way to get from the sidewalk to the road, then connect it to the road there.
Hi, Please pay attention to the warnings the editor gives before submitting changes, you had several places where the sidewalks crossed a road but did not have a shared node between them. Thanks!
Hi, Please use the human wikipedia link when adding them (wikipedia=*?uselang=en#Using_Wikipedia_links:~:text=Use%20the%20human%20readable%20title%20of%20the%20article) Thanks!
So one of the overarching principles of the highway guidelines (osm.wiki/United_States/2021_Highway_Classification_Guidance#Classification) is that, in general, connectivity should be maintained between roads with the same level, and the level is determined by the connectivity between population centers, not necessarily the amount of traffic. Since M-72 and M-22 both connect population centers, I think it's equally valid to make Grandview a secondary, or to make M-72/M-22 primary roads.
Are you sure these roads are not drivable at all? Looks like a lot of residential roads now have no access
Hi, Could you explain a bit about why you changed this to primary? I'm not saying it's wrong, but looking at it, it doesn't seem like a primary because of the spur at the end
Hi, On way/1197744499 you have oneway=yes, but you also have lanes:forward and lanes:backward. Could you please go back and fix that? Thanks!
Hi, Looks like you connected the traffic signals to the boundary ways instead of the road ways here node/4033274115 Could you fix that please? Thanks!
Hi, Street names must not be abbreviated in OSM, could you please fix way/8706126? Thanks!
