Probablemente es un amenity=cafe en vez de amenity=bar . En España esto es confuso, pues los que crearon la etiqueta amenity=bar son británicos, y en los países anglosajones un bar significa algo diferente de lo que aquí.

El usuario Carlos Tapia se ha quejado en la lista talk-es@openstreetmap.org de que en esta edición eliminaste los edificios que había editado él y en el que había invertido mucho tiempo. Son los de esta manzana: osm.org/go/b_NoBuOi4--?layers=H&m=
Hacer una eliminación de este tipo es mala praxis, y deberías evitarla en el futuro. Lo es por las siguientes razones:
1) Borrar objetos debe evitarse siempre en la medida de los posible,
pues perdemos su historial. Esto aplica a todo: nodos, vias y relaciones. Siempre que se pueda, debe modificarse lo que ya hay.
2) Una edición de este calibre deberías haberla consultado con Carlos Tapia antes de llevarla a cabo.
3) Además, esta edición empeoró el mapa en lo que a los edificios se refiere, incumpliendo una máxima de OSM que es la de que nunca haremos ninguna edición que empeore el mapa, sinó que lo mejore.
Supongo que Carlos Tapia se pondrá en contacto contigo en breve. La solución más probable será revertir este conjunto de cambios para recuperar los edificios tal como estaban previamente.

Still, I had to delete a duplicated node in that null island and rearrange the river in several parts... Are you sure you had fix the thing when I spotted the problem?

I noticed that mess when importing some data in Centralafrican Republic, just about 4 hours after you did this changeset and I solved it.
What puzzles me is that the nodes added to the Arun River way weren't producing a new version of the way... So I "blamed" the user from the last version (AlbertKa), who said he didn't have any idea about that.
Could you check why there isn't a version of the way with the nodes you added? Because in that case there might be an error or something in the database, and maybe we should contact the DWG for that.
