This building is now signed as Hibernian FC Visitor Centre.

Visit Scotland has relocated to Waverley Court at East Market Street. I suspect the other companies listed here as occupying Ocean Point 1 have also moved out. I think it has been used recently as artists’ studios and a change of use application has now recently been submitted to allow the conversion of the building to a 146 room hotel.
