Could you clarify if this drain exists in field or where the data came from? Aerial imagery does not show any drain in this place.

I'll look at adding parking ails and if you're happy, will delete this foot path in favour of the one going round by the shop fronts

I'm not sure about The Undercroft taking part of Serpentine Green Building. They occupy two large spaces on the lower level in south end of the shop but above there is KFC, Vivacity Library and some other retail places. Correct me if I'm wrong but point would be more adequate that building part.
