it seems like something went wrong in this changeset. A track ended up with an odd combination of tags: way/886755751/history.

I retagged it as a regular path, which it most likely is (highway=passing_place applies to very specific situations only).

Did you do a local survey for the addresses? I was wondering where the "13,13A" in way/844717451 came from.

Is it written on the facade of the building?

The official dataset called CACLR (that contains plenty of errors) has the addresses marked separately. We are currently trying to reduce the differences between OSM and this official data set, that's why I'm asking :)

If so, the correct tag would be name, not "addr:street".
