Hi, according to this recent note (note/2053045) and the closed=yes on node/1042047355/history I assumed that it is indeed not operational. Since closed=yes isn't used widely (https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/closed) I replaced it with the more popular (and actually documented) disused=yes.

However, if you have more knowledge (local or not), feel free to retag it :)

Boris: Doesn't the AS Watson stores "backend" include/process inherited addresses from the surrounding building outline?

Duplicating address information increases the maintenance costs / effort required to import all the addresses from open data and keep the addresses in OSM up-to-date with the OD data set.

Are you sure this road is "Rue Joseph Lentz"? I can see the street sign on the "Route de Luxembourg" that says "rue de la chapelle". CACLR (official dataset) also says the buildings belong to "rue de la chapelle".

Hallo, mir ist aufgefallen, dass beim Umtaggen der Namen teilweise unübliche Tags ausgewählt wurden (z.B. Name_1).

Laut osm.wiki/DE:Key:name gibt es mehrere Möglichkeiten, um Abkürzungen, Übliche Namen sowie „offizielle“ Namen zu kennzeichnen.

Am Beispiel vom SRE / SREL, hier mein Vorschlag:
„short_name“=SRE
„old_name“=SREL
„name“=Service de Renseignement de l'État
„official_name“=Service de Renseignement de l'État Luxembourgeois

Beim Löschen der alten Straße sind mehrere Beziehungen (Relations) gebrochen. Das Löschen von Straßensegmenten ist immer problematisch, und dabei sollte man darauf achten, dass die neuen Segmente auch in die Relations hinzugefügt werden. (Ich habe sie in einem neuen Changeset wiederhergestellt.)
