please contain changesets to one continent

there are no bridges between the southside paths around trout creek. the path is completely separated and not accessible without traveling through the creek

classifying lehigh st as a trunk route when it's not even a 2/3 digit state route feels wrong. i agree when it meets cedar crest and becomes PA29, but the auto mile is just a primary route IMO
