I wouldn't call them 'vacant lots' though. They're full of bumpers and signs for use as a parking lot for BSU. That's interesting that they're still registered, but based on some semi-recent redevelopments I've seen around, my guess is that if residences are built here in the future, they will be assigned different numbers than ones that used to be here.
