Unable to answer "Are there traffic signals that show when to cross here?" – Crossing – node/3038010656 via StreetComplete 61.3:

Looks like the pedestrian pathway is duplicated. There's only one crossing, inland, and a bike path on the west.

There is also a new, north-south pedestrian crossing on the other side (Linking southwest to northwest corners) also with inland but no bike path.
