You mapped an object that has only a name tag. You need some tag to specify what kind of object is.
otherwise it will be impossible to know if is a office, a museum, or a ship wreck. :-)

Hi, of course is hard to say, from aerial imagery. I used track in that case as a course first mapping, maybe waiting for local mappers to fine-tune the details (a road is better than nothing). And you are right that highway=residential should be more appropriate.

e non amenity=cafè, cioè un normale bar.

Secondo me inoltre Francesco è nome proprio e Manzoni sembra un cognome. Se è vero vanno in maiuscolo. Inoltre il doppio nome di quella via è sospetto.
